BIOGRAPHY

Useful where strategy, relationships and communication meet.

Ulas Atay is a Nashville-based global strategy, business development and media advisor. His work spans market positioning, international growth, executive media, innovation ecosystems and partnerships across the United States, Europe and the Middle East.

Over more than two decades, he has worked across journalism, publishing, global marketing, sports, technology, luxury, hospitality and film. Selected experience includes Four Seasons, Red Bull, Bundesliga, Coca-Cola, Audi, Lamborghini, Bentley, Under Armour, Puma, NFL, Forbes, Dubai Tourism, Jumeirah and CSUN.

Strategy informed by editorial judgment

Atay holds an MA with Distinction from the University of Bonn, where he focused on media and political strategy. His earlier work includes international journalism and publishing across ARD, WDR and BBC. That editorial foundation now informs how he identifies the signal inside complex markets and turns it into a position people can understand and trust.

Innovation and the brain economy

He leads Brain Economy Network, an independent media intelligence platform at the intersection of neuroscience, artificial intelligence, cognition and human performance. Its development draws on interviews and projects connected to the Frist Center for Autism and Innovation and the wider Vanderbilt innovation ecosystem. Through Vanderbilt University's Wond'ry programs, he mentors students and founders on business positioning, media literacy and judgment under real-world constraints.

International range

Based in Nashville and available nationally and internationally, Atay works in English, German and Turkish across North American, European and Middle Eastern markets.
