ABOUT ME

Digital economy strategy, responsible AI communication and innovation ecosystems.

Digital economy strategist, responsible AI communication leader and innovation ecosystem architect with 20+ years building media intelligence platforms, policy-aligned narrative frameworks and cross-border digital cooperation programs across Gulf, DACH and North American markets.

I combine the analytical discipline of a political scientist—MA with Distinction, University of Bonn, focused on Media & Political Strategy—with the real-time publishing authority of an award-winning international journalist and publisher across ARD, WDR and BBC, and the enterprise execution capability of a global marketing and content systems leader.

I currently lead Brain Economy Network (BEN), in cooperation with the Frist Center and Vanderbilt University: a media intelligence platform at the intersection of neuroscience, AI, cognition and human performance. BEN produces institutional-grade intelligence briefings on responsible AI adoption, neurotechnology policy, workforce innovation and AI-human collaboration frameworks for enterprise and government audiences—directly aligned with DCO's Digital Talent & Mobility and Digital Entrepreneurship agendas.

I also serve as a Strategic Advisor at Vanderbilt University's Wond'ry Innovation Center. Fluent in English, German and Turkish, with professional working proficiency in Spanish and French, I engage directly across Gulf, European, North American and LATAM ecosystems.
